  
 Revolution is a topical liquid medication. Revolution is effective in preventing heartworm disease, killing fleas, treating and controlling ear mites and sarcoptic mites and controlling American dog tick infestations. Applied once a month at one spot on the skin (typically between the shoulders). It can be used for dogs and cats 6 weeks or older.
A prescription is required. Please provide your vet’s name, phone number, fax number along with your pet’s name and weight on the order form. We will then contact them and once we receive the prescription approval we will ship your order. We do not accept faxed prescriptions.
