Shipping Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and providing the highest quality pet products. We use a flat-rate shipping fee regardless for orders that weigh up to 3lbs. Most non-prescription orders less than 1lb are able to be shipped the same day via the USPS for $6.75, and orders over $100 are always shipped free. If the total weight of the package is over 1lb it will ship via UPS Ground. The transit time for ground shipments varies between 2-7 days. If your order is over 3lbs you may be assessed an additional shipping fee. Orders made from outside the U.S. and Canada generally take 2-7 days for delivery, and the shipping fee starts at $31. Orders going to Canada take 7-10 days for delivery (depending on customs clearance) and the shipping fee starts at $8.50. Please note that USPS Mail is not a guaranteed service. The average delivery turn-around time for prescription orders once your order leaves our facility is 3-4 days. If you placed a prescription order and requested us to contact your veterinarian for its authorization, please do not expect your order to be delivered 3-4 days after you submitted it. Although most veterinarians do approve prescriptions the same day, some orders require multiple calls to your veterinarian before they approve the prescription.

We use real time processing for credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, may be used to make payment. Return Policy
Returns may be made within 2 weeks of the acquisition of the shipped goods. Only unopened goods will be credited. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned. We do not accept returns of prescription items.
