*Price Match Policy: We will only match prices with US companies selling FDA and EPA approved products. We will only consider matching the overall price (i.e. item price, shipping, taxes). Products on our website requiring prescriptions are clearly marked and we require a valid prescription to fill orders contain those products. Absolutely Pets uses an outside licensed pharmacy to fill its prescription orders. All prescription products are FDA approved and identical to those dispensed by your veterinarian. Currently we do not ship prescriptions outside the US or to APO/FPO addresses. Order Cancellation Policy There is not a fee to cancel an order if it is cancelled prior to being billed. However, a 5% cancellation fee will be assessed if the order has already been billed and prepped for shipping. If the order contains a medication and has already been billed and prepped for shipping, a 10% cancellation fee will be assessed. Privacy Policy Here at Absolutely Pets we are committed to offering our customers the highest level of customer service. We believe that your privacy is an essential part of that service and so we follow a strict privacy policy to keep our customers personal information protected. When you shop with us, we gather some personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password. This personal information gathered is kept private. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else outside of AbsolutelyPets.com. We use the customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, and enhancing the operation of our site. When using our site, the security issue is one less problem you have to worry about. Data coming from customer computers via the Internet flows through a series of safety checkpoints on its way to our internal systems. Data is encrypted between the customer and internal systems to protect it from unauthorized disclosure or modification. All credit card transactions are completely secured by our powerful 128-bit SSL encryption servers that are protected by a firewall. If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our Web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information. Shipping Policy Our standard shipping is UPS/USPS Ground. In addition, we offer Priority Mail Service via USPS which is not guaranteed. Next Day service is also available. If the total shipping weight of the order is above one pound, the package will ship via UPS Ground regardless of the shipping method selected. All liquids and aerosol cans will ship via ground shipping as well. Please see the table below for transit times and rates. Packages going to a AK, HI, or a PO Box may be subject to additional shipping fees. The average delivery turn-around time for prescription orders to be shipped once we receive authorization is 24 to 72 hours. If you placed a prescription order and requested us to contact your veterinarian for its authorization, please add in extra time for the authorization process to take place. Shipping At A Glance

Return Policy Returns may be made within 2 weeks of the acquisition of the shipped goods. Only unopened goods will be credited. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned minus shipping. A order that is returned to us because either the wrong shipping/mailing address was provided or because the package was not picked up at the local post office or UPS center will be assessed a 40% restocking fee. In order to return an item, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department at 1.888.511.7387 We do not accept returns of prescription items. |
